Meet the Team at Charland Technology

Gregory Charland

Gregory Charland is founder and president of Charland Technology, Inc.

Greg grew up in Hubbardston, MA and graduated from WPI (B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering). In a corporate career spanning several industries he was consistently at the intersection of technology and business. Greg started Charland Technology in 1996 part-time, and the business has been his full-time focus since 2008.

Greg’s experience spans many environments – solo practices to Fortune 500 companies; laid-back non-profits to highly-regulated healthcare entities. Greg is a strong advocate of direct collaboration with the employees who perform the essential tasks within a company. By engaging with both workers and management, he ensures that solutions are effective for employees and achieve the desired business results.

Greg is an Eagle Scout, an active member of FBI’s InfraGard, and served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce. He holds several industry certifications, including Microsoft and Cisco credentials.

Outside the office Greg is a car enthusiast who cares for (and drives) his late mother’s 1967 Corvette.

Greg and his wife, Karen, are foster and adoptive parents, vocal advocates for Mental Health issues, and are active supporters of Scouting USA and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
